earlier on Monday when the Commissioner for Works, Akwa Ibom State, Mr.
Ephraim Inyang-Eyen, changed the story of one Michael Jacob Etim.
On how the Commissioner spotted the 23 year old, he said he noticed "a very young boy on a bike and decided to approach him".
The 23-year-old Michael, a native of Obotim in Nsit Ibom LGA, told the
Commissioner that he lost his father when he was still a toddler.
He was one of the spectators during the demolition exercise of paid structures on Uyo-Etinan road.
